The Institute of Indian Foundrymen-Greater Mumbai Chapter was organized plant visit to Gargi Huttenes Albertus Pvt. Ltd., the Resin manufacturing plant at Khopoli, Raigad on Friday, 4th August'17. During their visit Gargi HA had arranged a technical talk by Mr. Biswajit Ghosh, General Manager (Sales & Services) on "Application and Benefits of No Bake Sand Mixing, Mould Handling & Reclamation System, and also, comparison between Sodium Silicate Sand System with Furan / Alphaset Sand System" at the Conference Hall of Gargi HA. The talk was mainly meant for the small foundries and most of the delegates visited are from 2nd generation of foundry industry. After the presentation, IIF-GMC members were welcomed by Mr. Vicky Kapur, Mr. Gaurav Kapur, Mr. Varun Kapur and Gargi HA team to visit the State-of-Art plant and discussed about the members' requirement. They were also invited to visit the Lab and explained to them on the testing facilities, procedures and other details. GMC members felicitated Kapur family & Mr. B. Ghosh and Gargi HA management felicitated Mr. Hemant Bhat, Chairman, IIF-GMC & Ms. Ruma Kinariwala Rao, Hon. Secretary, IIF-GMC. The visit ended with the entire guests paying their respects at the Ganesha temple. |
